International projectsInteruniversity cooperation1. State Qatar University On March, 29th – on April 1st 2014 the State Qatar was visited by the Ukrainian scientific delegation with a working visit, in a structure of which were a member of a Supervisory board of technopark “Kyiv Polytechnics” Nikolay Petrenko, Pro-rector of National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnical Institute”, Head of the Information Security department Professor Aleksei Novikov, and also the Head of the company GSMSoft, which is a part of technopark “Kyiv Polytechnics”, Alexandr Svischevsky. Both sides discussed in detail the possibilities of adjustment of interuniversity cooperation in sphere of information-communication technologies, programming, joint working out of modern scientific decisions and programs. By the results of the visit is reached an agreement to continue contacs in the most perspective directions of cooperation. The governance of Qatar University was officially invited to visit Ukraine and, in particular NTUU “KPI” during the following 2014-2015 academic year. 2. University of Picardie Jules Verne (city Amiens, France) By the Professor of Informational Secutity Department Gomonay E.V. was established a cooperation with a Laboratory of Solid State physics of the University of Picardie Jules Verne (city Amiens, France). Within the limits of cooperation Pof. Gomonay E.V. had passed training during the period from May 1st till May 10th in a laboratory of university under the supervision of Prof. Igor Lukianchuk. A training theme “Domain structure of multiferroics”. All expenses for transport and stay were incurred by the reseiving side. 3.University of Mainz (Germany) By the Professor of Informational Security Department Gomonay E.V. was established a cooperation with a Group of Spintronic Research of the University of Mainz (Germany), the Head Jairo Sinova, during the October 19th, – October 23rd 2014, theme: Spintronics of Antiferromagnetics. All expenses for transport and stay were incurred by the reseiving side. 4. International Institute for Theoretical Physics Abdu Salam Professor of IS Department Gomonay E.V. had passed training at a Department of Statistical Physics and Condensed State of International Institute for Theoretical Physics Abdu Salam, scientific adviser Kravtsov V., from June 1st till June 30th 2014, Trieste, Italy Workshop on Coherent Phenomena in Disordered Optical Systems from May 26th till May 30th, Trieste, Italy. Within the limits of the implemented training was done the lecture “Non-Abelian gauge potentials and electronic dynamics in noncollinear antiferromagnetic texture”. All expenses for transport and stay were incurred by the reseiving side. By the results of the based cooperation Professor of Department IS Gomonay E.V. was invited with a keynote lecture “Spintronics with antiferromagnets: spinning of spins” into International conference European Material Science Forum (EMRS-2014), September 15th till September 19th 2014, Warshaw, Poland. 6. University College Gjøvik (Norway) Fifth course student Lenchik K. from 1.09.2014 within the limits of Memorandum of consent between NTUU “KPI” and University College Gjøvik (Norway) passes a Master Science course accordingly to individual schedule at Gjøvik University College.
