III All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Theoretical and Applied Cybersecurity" (TACS-2025)

The National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", on the basis of the Educational-Scientific Physical and Technical Institute, will host the Third All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Theoretical and Applied Cybersecurity" (TACS-2025) on May 29-30, 2025.

Participants from education, science, government agencies, security and defense sectors, as well as business and service-providing organizations are invited to take part in the conference.

The event aims at sharing experience, strengthening cooperation, and fostering dialogue on theoretical and practical issues of cybersecurity.

Conference Topics

• Theoretical and cryptographic problems of cyber security;
• State policy in the field of cyber security;
• Mathematical methods, models and technologies for studying secure functioning of cyberspace;
• Algorithms and methods for prevention and counteraction against cyber attacks;
• Analytical systems based on open information sources;
• Security of industrial systems and critical infrastructure;
• Social engineering and methods of countering destructive influence on consciousness in cyberspace;
• Application of artificial intelligence in cybersecurity.

Conference proceedings will begin on May 29, 2025 at 10:00 AM.

Working languages: Ukrainian and English.

Publications

Abstracts submitted to and presented at the conference (up to 4 pages) will be published in the scientific proceedings.

Additionally, selected full papers (minimum 10 pages), chosen by the Program Committee, will be considered for publication in one of the following publications depending on the paper's focus:

• Professional scientific journal Category B "Theoretical and Applied Cybersecurity", ISSN 2708-1397;
• International electronic publication CEUR Workshop Proceedings, ISSN 1613-0073.
